Refund policy
Should you receive your order and decide you wish to return it for whatever reason, please email us at: info@aegraphics.com within three (3) business days of product receipt so you may request a return merchandise authorization (RMA). NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RMA.
Your RMA will be emailed to the email address you provided at checkout. Follow the directions within the email for a quick and easy return. All returns must be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of RMA.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid (sorry, no COD deliveries). For your protection, we encourage the use of insured and verifiable shipping methods for all returns (for example: UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
Please keep a copy of your tracking number until credit has been issued.
A merchandise refund, credit or replacement will be issued after the returned product(s) is received by A/E Graphics and an authorized company representative has inspected the product(s) to ensure there is no damage and that all product(s) are in new condition and in its original packaging allowing the product to be resold. Returned products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Notwithstanding the above, returns cannot be accepted, and credit will not be issued, on: printers, scanners, stands, roll holders, roll units and custom orders.
FREIGHT DAMAGE
We will make every attempt to use packaging that will protect our products from the hazards of shipping; however, it is your responsibility to inspect incoming shipments in the unlikely event that it arrives damaged.
Should the product you ordered arrive damaged, the best course of action is to refuse it to the carrier at time of delivery. Should you accept the package, make sure the damage is clearly noted on the carrier’s delivery record so that A/E Graphics may file a damage claim with the carrier.
If damage is found and shipment was not refused, please save all packing materials along with the unopened product. You must notify a A/E Graphics representative of damaged goods within the first three (3) days of arrival by calling 877-314-7047 and speaking with a representative for further instructions. You may also email us at: info@aegraphics.com to notify us of any freight damage.
ERRORS IN SHIPMENT
If you have received a shipment due to a A/E Graphics error, you must contact A/E Graphics within three (3) days of receipt. Please contact us either by phone 877-314-7047 or email info@aegraphics.com so we may provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and product return instructions.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Should you receive a product from us that you suspect is defective, email us at info@aegraphics.com within fifteen (15) days of product receipt so we may remedy the problem.
We may require that you consult with our technical support department to verify whether or not a product is defective.
Should product(s) be deemed defective by A/E Graphics said product(s) may be either exchanged or customers’ account may be credited through the same method of payment used for the original order.
In any event, credit for merchandise deemed defective by A/E Graphics cannot exceed original purchase price of product(s).
REFUNDS
We will notify you of your refund via email once we have received and processed the returned item.
Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within fourteen (14) business days of your return’s arrival to the address specified by A/E Graphics unless other arrangements are agreed to between you and A/E Graphics.
